South Malawi Conference (SMC) of the Seventh-day Adventist Church's Chief Financial Officer, Elder Davie Chipungu has encouraged Church Clerks and Treasurers to effectively use the Adventist Church Management Systems to keep Christian membership register and financial records.

Elder Chipungu made the appeal on 1st June 2024 at Balaka Stadium during the launch of the 'Community Service Week'.

"The system must be used accordingly because it makes updating of church records very easy therefore church elders , clerks and treasurers should work together in managing the system," he explained.

He further said that the Adventist Church Management System is a worldwide system which was introduced to Malawi Union Conference in 2010.
