CMC ORGANIZES THAMANDA CHURCH, CHARGED TO UPLIFT THE GOSPEL



Central Malawi Conference (CMC) Director of Youth, Pastor Joshua Ben Zilinde has challenged Thamanda Seventh-day Adventist(SDA) Church members to put their focus on preaching the everlasting gospel if the church is to achieve a higher level of evangelism.


Pastor Zilinde made the remarks on Sunday 15 December, 2024, when he presided over organisation of Thamanda a branch of Dzenza SDA Church to operate as standalone church in Lilongwe North West Church District.



He stressed the need for the church leadership to put their efforts together in promoting evangelistic work for them to open more branches by focusing on teaching its members the church’s fundamental beliefs.


“I want to thank Dzenza church leadership as well as Thamanda church for their efforts to make their dream come true as we are witnessing the fulfilment of Thamanda becoming a standalone church, “he explained.


In his remarks, Lilongwe North West (LLNW) Church District Pastor Petros Gomani advised Thamanda church members to live up to their vision of evangelism for them to open up more branches vital for church explosion.


On his part, Village headman Chafulumila in the area thanked the SDA Church for reviving his community which will help his area to be fully empowered to preach the everlasting gospel.


Thamanda SDA Church becomes third organized church in the district in a space of two months after sector 8 church which was organized on 10 November, 2024 and Maranatha on 24 November, 2024 respectively.
