Eight Master Guides from Bunda district which is under MABUNA zone in Lilongwe were invested on 22 June 2024 after two years of training.

The event took place at Mitundu SDA church which is under Bunda district and was facilitated by Master Guides Yamikani Chikhwaza, Patrick Matupa and Ziolire Namondwe who is also the Adventist Youth Ministry zone Coordinator, among others.

Using 2 Corinthians 4: 1-4, the newly invested Master Guides were encouraged, as they took oath and charge, to always strive to do good things in the sight of God especially now that they have renounced the hidden evil past. The invested Master Guides include MacDonald Manyowa, Ronald Ritch, Jane Gobede, Grace Meke, Flora Likomba and Davie Samson.

During divine sermon, Master Guide Gideon Banda read from the book of Ezekiel 37: 1-11 and reminded the congregation about the dry bones in the valley which God brought back to life. He called upon them to strive to get out of the valley of sin.

"Just as God did with the dry bones, He is able and ready to save us from any situation that we face only if we are willing to be saved," Master Guide Banda said.

Newly invested Master Guide Manyowa was delighted to, finally, be invested after a long journey. He pledged to do all he can to support God's work.

In the afternoon, the new Master Guides gave out presentations on some of the lessons, experiences and skills which they obtained during their study journey.

Master Guide Yamikani Chikhwaza invited people to join the Youth Ministry so that they obtain skills which can help them to build their character and be able to do God's work well. He also encouraged the new Master Guides to continue supporting activities of the Youth Ministry so as to groom future leaders of the church.
