MALAWI UNION PRESIDENT ORDAINS SIX PASTORS
Malawi Union President, Pastor Frackson Kuyama on Sabbath 17 April 2021 ordained six pastors in the Central Malawi Conference.
The sacred service of ordination to the gospel ministry took place at Area 47 Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) church in Lilongwe.
The six pastors are: Pastor Justin Kalendo, Pastor Davis Binzi, Pastor Jaston Banda, Pastor Jones Chimbwanda, Pastor Dingani Mfune, and Pastor Moses Mpinganjira.
Introduction and presentation of candidates was done by pastor Gladwel Sibande.
Central Malawi Conference president, Pastor Petro Sukali, welcomed the six Pastors to the ministry.
In the ordination charge, the Malawi Union president urged the six Pastors to work hard in God's vineyard without any fear.
"Do not be afraid of anything. In this work, God will protect you and you must work hard and serve God to all.
Even people from other denominations need your services." Advised Kuyama whose entire messages originated from 1 Kings chapter 19.
Also in attendance was Pastor Saustin Kazgeba Mfune who during his congratulatory message advised the ordained Pastors not to focus on people (Christians) but Jesus.
One of the ordained ministers Pastor Dingani Mfune thanked God for the whole programme.
"I thank God for making it possible for us to have this function and I thank all the leaders who attended. Parents and all our church members who followed us from our churches, May God bless everyone. " Said pastor Dingani Mfune.
Several pastors from the Central Malawi Conference attended the function including CMC executive members and Malawi Union officers.
