NSEWA FUTURE AMO DONATES ASSORTED ITEMS TO MALINGUNDE HEALTH CENTRE

Nsewa Seventh-day Adventist Church's Future AMO on 4th January, 2024 donated assorted items such as soap and sugar to patients at Malingunde Health Centre, Traditional Authority Malili in Lilongwe District.

Chairperson for the group, Emmanuel Maluwa said that one mission of Nsewa Future AMO is to assist the less-privileged spiritually and materially.

"As a group, we are a ministry, that always holds hands to those that are lacking physical and spiritual needs. We also preach messages through our spiritual songs," said Maluwa.

Elita Mzengo, the Nursing Officer at Malingunde Health Centre urged the gospel group to continue with their ministry.

Mzengo said, "People do not know that gospel songs play an important role by giving hope to the hopeless."

Getrude Leya, a guardian at the health centre said that it was a relief to receive the items from the Nsewa Future AMO.

" I left with my patient without laundry soap and sugar and I am grateful that God sent these men to provide the needs," she said.

Apart from the groceries, the group sang spiritual songs to the patients and guardians and also shared the gospel to them.
